Hello all. Just wrapping up another undersea painting which are always my favorite to create. These beautiful Anthian and called the jewels of the reef. They swim in schools, common in the Indian Ocean, and popular among aquarium enthusiasts. They are not easy to keep in a tank unless you have a large enough tank to allow their territorial and schooling behavior room to happen. If you look a little closer at the painting, you will see a sunken ship in the lower left background, just for fun. Reef paintings can be a bit overwhelming as the artist can get carried away with detail that never seems to finish. I just know I will paint another one and don't need to fill all my vision into just one canvas. Till next time.. enjoy.. oh and don't forget if you know anyone who would like to purchase this original, see my site at www.tysonart.net for purchase information. John Garland Tyson |
