Hi everyone... I hope all is well out there in the world for you. I've been busy creating these 3 canvases meant to be sold as a triple set..Photos being manipulated in a computer program can often look lighter or darker than the original. There are at least 5 different colors of acrylic and oil paint used to create the background. The dolphins are multiple hues of brown, blue, yellow, gray and white, to get the final result. Anyone who thinks dolphins are easy to paint is.......well perhaps not as picky as myself. i try to show the animals unique personality. There are many artist out there that paint dolphins and whales as part of their collection. If you look closely, each of us has a unique style , some looking animated and some going for a realistic look. What ever the artists style is, its always going to be their signature look if they produce enough work to gain that recognizable distinctive look. I just keep producing as much work as I possibly can so that eventually the art enthusiast can say... "oh, that looks like a Tyson painting". If you would like to purchase this set, do so through my website at www.tysonart.net(see home page) or go to second page on same site to purchase a prints(see Fine art America info) of all three to make your own triple set painting or buy an individual print of your favorite. Getting ready for a hopeful show soon in the Bay area.. will keep you informed . Until next time Enjoy.... John Garland Tyson Tyson environmental art
