Hi all.
Here is the latest... A cave with a view. There are several caves in Hawaii that have exits to the ocean. Lots of these were tunnels carved by volcanic activity. The views from them are priceless. I don't frame any of my paintings, just painting the edges of the canvas. Framing is a very personal choice for the collector to apply that will work with their existing elements in the room. The cave in the foreground enables a natural framing of the seascape. There are several artists out there that use this technique. This is my first attempt at it myself. I hope you like it. I do deviate from my tropical theme roots a lot lately just to show I am capable of more than just that, but I still love to create exotic tropical environments. Please feel free to navigate through my site to see some other themes of my work. www.tysonart.net. Please spread the word as I would much rather have my art hanging in a special place, enjoyed by a collector or commercial environment rather than in a storage. Till next time Enjoy... JGT
